Room was tired but met our needs. Could do with some updating esthetically and the appliances but could still cook, so not an issue, windows - not secure while out during the day, but provided with ample fans to keep the room cool. Fridge,couch needs updating. The salt pool (except first step) and spa are a great asset. Driveway tricky but doable. Beautiful scenery and view. Extremely happy with our stay. Value for money. Had an issue and it was addressed promptly although not fixed due to public holiday. Thank you.

Clean room, comfy beds, quiet location. The manager was very friendly and polite despite being busy. Plenty of off-street parking. The room had a nice balcony overlooking the pool and sea view.

It was a very comfortable stay. We had our 7 children 3 with partners and 2 grandchildren in four different rooms. Each different and ideal for us. Too cold for pool use but it looked inviting. Spa pool was great for grand bbies both 1yrs. So if u were hoping for hot, it's not like that. Also 30mins per person or group in spa which was good. Games room was good. The boys hung out there alot. We brought table tennis balls but that's minor. Used the BBQ for family lunch. A couple spread out for use. We stayed 2 days and 2 nights. Loved it. Staff is very comfortable. They stay out of ur way unless noisy or needed. It's a great place!

Perfect place to stay and very affordable. Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Handy to paihia township. Booked for 2nights absolutely loved it very quiet and peaceful. Lots of things to do on property for anyone with children would definitely recommend and will definitely be staying again sometime in the future.

Everything was excellent,we couldn't fault it ,the owner and staff were extremely helpful and very friendly, nothing was too much trouble,very clean and comfy rooms, everything you needed was there, would certainly stay here on our next visit.

The room was very spacious. The foldout bed was comfy Pool towels were good size, appreciated that the towels are different from room towels Nice lighting Great to have a fan, especially during the summer season Thank you for opening the pool and spa pool at 9am, most accommodations open at 10 on checkout, so we were very happy to have a morning swim and spa before checking out.

An older style unit but clean and comfortable. Parklike setting. One night only. Quiet location. Nice to have a separate bedroom. Spacious and although I didn't do any cooking the unit had a full size oven and fridge. Pleasant staff.

Our room was bright and spacious and comfortable. It was a short drive out of the busy centre of Paihia so it was quiet.
