Aloha Seaview Resort Motel

Room was tired but met our needs. Could do with some updating esthetically and the appliances but could still cook, so not an issue, windows - not secure while out during the day, but provided with ample fans to keep the room cool. Fridge,couch needs updating. The salt pool (except first step) and spa are a great asset. Driveway tricky but doable. Beautiful scenery and view. Extremely happy with our stay. Value for money. Had an issue and it was addressed promptly although not fixed due to public holiday. Thank you.

The new motel owners are friendly. They said the are starting to take over this motel from 5th June 2025. They will renew this motel's bad comments by their struggles improvements. We were staying this motel for one night. We feel quite happy we can choose this motel for the first time visiting the Bay of island hotel. Since here has woundful night vision, clear milky way, quite silence, not bad space & beds, and very cheap fee. We will come back here again!!

Clean room, comfy beds, quiet location. The manager was very friendly and polite despite being busy. Plenty of off-street parking. The room had a nice balcony overlooking the pool and sea view.

Perfect place to stay and very affordable. Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Handy to paihia township. Booked for 2nights absolutely loved it very quiet and peaceful. Lots of things to do on property for anyone with children would definitely recommend and will definitely be staying again sometime in the future.

Everything was excellent,we couldn't fault it ,the owner and staff were extremely helpful and very friendly, nothing was too much trouble,very clean and comfy rooms, everything you needed was there, would certainly stay here on our next visit.
